The scene in the courtroom in Hue, Viet Nam when
Rev. Nguyen Van Ly tried to speak at his own trial
on March 30, 2007.   This photograph has aroused
the world to speak up for the imprisoned priest,
including 37 United States Senators and the U. S.
Committee on International Religious Freedom.
On March 15, 2010, Father Ly was released from
solitary confinement for one year to obtain medical
treatment.  Amnesty International seeks his
unconditional release.
